We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have an opportunity to take ownership of strategy and execution for a diverse roster of new clients. You should have at least 3 years of experience managing and optimizing SEO/SEM campaigns and a passion for delivering quality client service. You will be a crucial part of our newly-formed digital marketing team and play an important role in developing multi-channel marketing strategies that produce measurable results.
- Build and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns across a variety of digital marketing channels including paid search, organic search and marketing automation within specified budgets.
- Continually assess new tactics and strategies to improve campaign performance and business outcomes for our clients.
- Prioritize tasks and track work performed across multiple clients.
- Optimize client websites for search engines and manage significant budgets on top tier search engines (Google & Bing)
- Create and manage paid search campaigns!
- Analyze competitors.
- Project manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns for clients and effectively communicate the value of digital marketing efforts to them
- Actively participate in department meetings and continuing education opportunities
- Calculate ROI and prepare monthly digital marketing campaign reports
- Consult with clients about their business goals and propose solutions and strategies that meet their needs
- Direct the design of web pages and develop web content, assuring that content is consistent with standards and up to date, and assuring that all web functionality is operating properly
APPLY IF YOU:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or related major
- Minimum of 3-year experience as SEO or Digital Marketer
- Proficiency in:
- Google Ad
- Email Marketing
- And Experience with social media
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- A high level of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
- Excellent customer service skills and capable of working concurrently on several projects
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred
