Rethink Creative is a boutique brand strategy and design studio that works with mission-minded businesses and nonprofits. We are looking to hire a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers through relationship management. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You will build relationships with key leaders and stakeholders among clients
  • You will create plans to address client's needs and advise them on creating highly effective and impactful processes
  • You will schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied and act as main point of contact for changes, complaints, mitigate risks and escalate issues as appropriate
  • You will help business development team up-sell or cross-sell services and products (especially keeping in mind the long term value of a client)
  • You will ensure both rethink creative and the clients adhere to contract terms and scope of projects
  • You will research and study competition to find new ways to retain existing clients
  • You will set sales and revenue targets for each client alongside business development team and work diligently to meet them
  • You will collaborate with internal teams (e.g. business development, creative, project management and CEO) to address client needs


APPLY IF YOU: 


  • Have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education or a related field (MBA is a +)
  • Have a proven experience as a Client Relations Manager, Co-Ordinator or Relationship Manager
  • Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding relationship targets and goals 
  • Have a background in customer service; industry knowledge (a plus)
  • Have experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. client & team satisfaction)
  • Have proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (similar to salesforce or others)
  • Have a customer-oriented attitude & have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Have a great positive attitude and have strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Have the ability to work well with a team
